Catch up with these simple make-ahead breakfast ideas. Overnight oats are perfect when you are on the run, just mix the night before and it'll be ready, sitting in the fridge for you to grab as you rush out the door. Just don't forget the spoon!
Chef Sacco's Overnight Oat Recipe
½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup coconut milk (unsweetened or can substitute with your favorite milk)
2 Tbsp. turbinado sugar
Use one or an assortment of the following fruits:
½ peach cut into bite sized pieces
6 gooseberries, sliced in half
½ dragon Fruit, peeled and diced into bit sized pieces
Combine the milk, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk well.
