Pesto zucchini Noodles

We’re giving zucchini a makeover by dressing it in our bright, fresh pesto. Ribbons of zucchini noodles are bathed by our kale and basil pesto and finished with a pop of roasted tomato. Our Pesto Zucchini Noodles will leave your taste buds soaring.

Ingredients

Cooked Grain Blend (Water, Oat Groats, Sorghum, Red Quinoa), Zucchini Noodles, Kale Pesto (Water, Kale, Parmesan Cheese [Pasteurized Cow’s Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes], Onions, Garlic, Olive Oil, Heavy Cream [Organic Grade A Cream [Milk], Carrageenan], Pumpkin Seeds, Basil, Oat Flour, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Basil, Salt, Parsley, Oregano, Granulated Garlic), Fire Roasted Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Calcium Chloride). CONTAINS: MILK.

Cooking Instructions

·       Remove bowl from carton; cut a 1-inch slit in film.
·       Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
·       Carefully pull back film; stir product.
·       Continue cooking for 2 minutes or until product reaches 165°F.
·       Let stand for 1 minute; stir and enjoy!

CAUTION: Bowl will be HOT! Cook product thoroughly to 165°F for food safety and quality. Do not eat without cooking. Directions developed using a 1100-watt microwave oven. Microwave times will vary; adjust accordingly.
