Thai Curry

The Thai Curry was crafted based on a love for coconut curry sauce. The result is an invigorating dish blending spicy and sweet flavors with a curry paste inspired by traditional Thai cuisine.

Ingredients

Water, Cooked Grain Blend (Water, Oat Groats, Sorghum, Red Quinoa), Organic Coconut Milk (Organic Coconut, Water), Organic Tofu (Water, Organic Soybeans, Natural Coagulants [Nigari, Gypsum]), Green Beans, Baby Corn, Massaman Curry (Garlic, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Dried Chili Pepper, Tamarind Juice, Shallot, Salt, Lemongrass, Spices [Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Lesser Galangal, Cloves], Kaffir Lime, Galangal, Citric Acid), Red Bell Peppers, Steel Cut Oats, Onions, Olive Oil, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol [To Preserve Freshness]), Turbinado Sugar. CONTAINS: SOY & TREE NUTS (COCONUT).

Cooking Instructions

·       Remove bowl from carton; cut a 1-inch slit in film.
·       Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
·       Carefully pull back film; stir product.
·       Continue cooking for 2 minutes or until product reaches 165°F.
·       Let stand for 1 minute; stir and enjoy!

CAUTION: Bowl will be HOT! Cook product thoroughly to 165°F for food safety and quality. Do not eat without cooking. Directions developed using a 1100-watt microwave oven. Microwave times will vary; adjust accordingly.
